Cancellation Policy
1. How to Cancel
To cancel a scheduled service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time via email at refunds@pulsarnetworks.us or by phone at +1 (413) 255-5808. Please include your booking confirmation number when requesting cancellation.
2. Cancellation Fees
24 hours or more before appointment: Full refund, no cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours before appointment: $25 cancellation fee deducted from refund
No-show or denied access at location: $49 service fee may be deducted (technician dispatched but unable to complete service)
3. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy above.
4. Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician availability, safety concerns, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. No Subscription Services
All services provided by Pulsar Jets Networks LLC are one-time, non-recurring service fees. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
