1. About Us

Pulsar Jets Networks LLC is a Massachusetts-based home and business connectivity setup service. We provide professional one-time installation and configuration services for internet equipment, TV boxes, streaming devices, smart home devices, and security cameras.

2. Services

We provide one-time professional setup services for internet equipment, TV boxes, streaming devices, smart home devices, and security cameras. All services are listed on our Services page with fixed, published pricing. All service fees are one-time charges — there is no recurring billing by Pulsar Jets Networks LLC.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a signed service agreement before any charge is made. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. You will receive an itemized receipt immediately after payment. All fees are one-time charges with no recurring billing. Applicable Massachusetts sales tax will be applied where required by law. If you believe a tax exemption applies to your booking, please notify us before payment is processed.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. 5. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, contact us within 7 days of the service date and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including a return visit at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion if the issue cannot be resolved and will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refund requests made after a job completion form has been signed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Delivery

We will confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. Our technician will arrive at the scheduled time. Upon completion, you will be asked to sign a job completion form confirming the service was delivered to your satisfaction. We will not leave until you are satisfied with the completed work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when booking. Ensure a responsible adult (18 years or older) is present during the entire service visit. Provide access to all relevant areas of the home or business. Have all equipment available, accessible, and in working condition prior to the technician's arrival. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation of the appointment and applicable cancellation fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pulsar Jets Networks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, outages, pricing changes, or billing of any third-party internet or cable TV services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hampden County, Massachusetts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
