Pulsar Jets Networks LLC provides home and business technology installation and setup services, including WiFi configuration, internet equipment setup, TV box installation, streaming device setup, and smart home device installation.
We are an independent installation and service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any internet service provider, cable television provider, or equipment manufacturer, including but not limited to DIRECTV, Xfinity, Spectrum, Frontier, Optimum, or similar companies. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Customers must maintain active internet, cable, or streaming subscriptions with their chosen service provider. Our services do not include the sale, activation, or provisioning of internet or television service plans.
We do not guarantee internet speeds, signal strength, or service availability, as these are dependent on the customer’s internet service provider, network conditions, and equipment.
All installation and configuration services are performed based on the customer’s existing equipment and infrastructure. Any additional hardware required for optimal performance may need to be purchased separately unless otherwise specified in writing.
We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or technical issues originating from internet service providers, cable providers, or third-party platforms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside the scope of the agreed service.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
